After some sudden changes of plans and events I decided to stop working on vol.1 and 2 and will continue with vol.3, chapter 25 in the future. I originally wanted to finish ch08 and then make this announcement, but my side projects, sudden illness, rail strike and busy university life got me in this situation now where I cannot finish anything properly.
